PACKING MACHINE RM 30

The bagging machine RM 30 is a highly efficient machine for bagging pre-weighed portions of vegetables into net bags. The machine automatically unrolls the net from the roll, cuts it, fills it with the product and sews the bag. It is equipped as standard with a vibratory filler that prevents longer vegetables such as carrots from getting stuck or blocked.

After filling, the bag is sewn, with the possibility of adding a tape with manufacturer information. The machine then automatically cuts the full bag together with the tape and thread. The RM 30 bagging machine can fill bags weighing from 5 to 25 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in the vegetable industry.

The machine can be used either alone or in combination with a wagon packing system or conveyor belt that feeds the product to it. This is particularly useful when packaging large portions and increases the overall efficiency of the production process.
