Protection of personal data, customer rights, terms and conditions of the purchase contract
The Company collects and stores those personal data of its customers that are necessary for the provision of services and the performance of points under contracts or agreements.
In order to conclude a contract for the purpose of purchase and sale, the customer is required to provide the following personal data:

   - first name, last name;
   - contact numbers - mobile or landline.
   - e-mail address - e-mail;

Personal information provided by the customer may be used for the following purposes:

   - identification of parties within agreements and contracts;
   - providing specialised services to clients;
   - contacting customers regarding notifications, inquiries and providing information related to the services offered by the company;

Customer personal information may be provided to third parties in the following cases:

   - the client has consented to such actions;
   - the provision of personal information to third parties is necessary for the customer to benefit from certain types of services;
   - third parties may obtain personal information about a customer where this is related to a specific sale of goods or services and is consistent with  
   with the policy of the company providing those goods or services;
   - if the customer has violated the terms and conditions of use of the company's products and services, thereby causing harm to third parties.

At any time after the conclusion of a contract between the seller and the buyer, the personal data provided by the buyer may be changed or supplemented.
The company undertakes to take all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the confidentiality of the customer's personal information. This applies to cases of unauthorised or accidental access to, destruction, alteration, copying or dissemination of the customer's personal data by third parties without written authorisation.
