Onion harvester Z437 / Z437/1

The Z437 onion picker is a highly efficient machine designed to pick dried onions from the rows and automatically transfer them to a trailer or other transport vehicle running parallel to the machine.

The working process is carried out by a system of polyurethane roller and grid conveyor. The onion is first picked up by the polyurethane roller, passed along a longitudinal conveyor and then transferred to a cross conveyor which guides it to the conveyor.

The machine has a hydraulic system for automatic switching between working and transport mode, as well as for adjusting the angle of the conveyor for loading. Control is via a hydraulic distributor located in the tractor cab.
