Semi-automatic rotary seed drill S219 Model P
This type of rotary-loaded planter is suitable for planting seedlings grown in P9 pots. Powered by wheels, the seedlings are distributed by six metal cups placed on a rotating distributor. The planter sections are mounted on a beam so that the entire planter works smoothly in an uneven field. Each planting section is mounted to the frame so that row spacing can be manually and easily adjusted. The section is operated by one person.
Optionally, it is possible to install a fertiliser application, as well as a mechanism for laying a drip hose under the soil next to the seedlings.
Application: The S219 Model P rotary seedling planter is designed for semi-automatic planting of seedlings from P9 pots with peat block size 9x9cm and plant height including soil block up to 45cm. The machine is used for planting shrubs, wild strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peppers, conifers: juniper, cypress, pine, etc.

Machine parameters:

-Number of sections: 1-7 (others available on request).
-Minimum distance between plants in a row - 14 cm.
-Row spacing from 48 to 95 cm (others available on request).
-Maximum plant length - 45cm.
-Maximum planting depth - 25 cm.
-Adjusting the planting depth via the drive wheels.
-Set of gears for setting the desired density.
-Adjusting the section pressure on the ground.
-Double stand for seedlings.
-PVC seat and footrest on each section.
-The output per hour for each section is 3000-3500 plants/hour.
