The ORM is a device that allows efficient drying of wet vegetables thanks to the rotating rollers covered with synthetic felt. The felt absorbs excess water, which is then removed by pressing the rollers into the bottom of the unit. Driven by two geared motors, the dryer provides efficient operation. Underneath the unit there is a tub that serves to drain the water. It is available in a 10- or 15-roll version, 60 cm or 120 cm wide, with a choice of materials: galvanized or stainless steel.
