The bagging machine is a multi-purpose machine designed to efficiently load mesh bags with measured portions of vegetables. The process starts with unpacking the bag from the roll, cutting it and then loading. The built-in vibro-dispenser prevents the hanging of particularly long vegetables. After the bag is loaded, the next step is to close the bag and, optionally, attach the foil strip with the producer's details. The machine can handle bags weighing from 5 to 25 kg and can be adapted for different configurations, including direct connection to the weigher or via a belt conveyor. Two sewing heads are available: single and double thread. In addition, basic equipment includes a vibrating dispenser, central sewing head lubrication and a touch control display. The machine can also be equipped with a Fischbein sewing machine with single or double stitch option.
