The SPM type brush is used for careful washing and cleaning of tuberous root vegetables. It is advisable to use a pre-cleaner or water-bath in case of very dirty or soil-contaminated vegetables. The machine is available with 10 or 15 wavy brushes, 60 or 120 cm wide, with different hardness. It is equipped with water sprinklers and a water drain bath, and in the dry brushing version it can include a brush that pushes the vegetables towards the brushes or a counter-brush with height and angle adjustment.
