Vegetable peeling machine Type: OKM 9190, OKM 9290

The OKM 9190 and OKM 9290 are specialized machines for industrial cleaning of root vegetables. The process is carried out by abrasive rollers and a special screw construction divided into separate chambers. The vegetables are rubbed on the abrasive rollers, which allows continuous removal of the outer skin. The sprinkler system constantly waters the vegetables during the process, and the smooth regulation of the rotation speed of the abrasive rollers and the screw construction allows precise cleaning of the outer part of the vegetables without deep peeling of the product. It is recommended to complete the process by rinsing and brushing the vegetables using a washing and brushing machine. The machines are equipped with 9 abrasive rollers with a diameter of 100 mm. They provide a throughput of up to 500 kg/hour.
